5 – Triund Hill
Triund Hill is located inside the Dhauladhar mountain range, this is well-known for the trekking and out of doors tenting on top of Triund mountain, it has travelers from all around the international traveling each 12 months. Mt. Triund is located 2,842 feet above sea level. The 9-km trek takes almost 4 hours to complete. The topmost point provides an amazingly breathtaking view of surrounding mountains that have stood proudly for centuries, witnessing the rise and fall of many empires and civilizations. 6 – Kangra Fort
Kangra fort is a beautiful historical monument. It is the largest in the Himalayas and one of the oldest in India situated just around 20 kilometers from the main town area. Built via the royal Rajput family of Kangra belonging to the Katoch dynasty, its roots can be traced returned to Mahabharata.
7 – Bhagsunag Falls
Bhagsunag is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in India. Bhagsunag falls are near to Mcleodganj, just 2 km walk. The place is named after the famous Bhagsunag temple of Lord Shiva. The waterfalls are about 25 meters in height. Some locals have set up shops close to the waterfall where you can relax and savor lip-smacking delicacies, as water droplets from the waterfall gently caress your face.
